DT Tuning & Development Ltd provides:
• ECU and TCU remapping and calibration services
• Custom tuning file development and file supply for professional tuners
• DPF, EGR, and AdBlue solutions (for off-road or motorsport use only)
• Diagnostic, tuning, and programming tools and accessories
All software, hardware, and tuning services are provided for professional or motorsport/off-road use only, unless otherwise stated. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring compliance with local emissions and road-use regulations.
Ordering and Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to release or dispatch.
We accept secure online payments via our website using the payment methods listed at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Refunds, Returns & Support
We aim to provide high-quality products and services. However:
Digital Services (Tuning Files)
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once a tuning file has been delivered.
If you experience any issues, we offer additional support and revision assistance to help resolve tuning-related concerns.
Hardware (Tools & Accessories)
Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases of:
• Damage during delivery
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item supplied
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
All hardware must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Warranty Disclaimer
Performance tuning modifies the factory calibration and can increase mechanical stress on components.
Therefore, DT Tuning & Development Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• Emissions compliance issues
• Vehicle warranty voidance
